After years of working late nights, weekends and holidays, I traded my toque for a t-shirt, bought a food truck, and hit the road. Urban Gourmet is now happily parked weekdays at the Colt Building in Hartford, CT.

As Executive Chef at Avon Old Farms Hotel, The Simsbury Inn, and The Gelston House, I have spent a career preparing savory fare in elegant surroundings. The quality of my food has not changed; just the venue! Now you can try my warm Israeli couscous with roasted vegetable in balsamic reduction or buckwheat noodles tossed in a spice Asian aioli at street level.

I am also available for catering - graduation parties, signature birthdays, retirements, Sunday football games, office parties-give me a call….come on down. I look forward to serving you under the blue onion dome.
